Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
 
National
III Rows Wines' delivery service is provided by iShip / Valley Wine Warehouse. Our wines are shipped ground and the shipping times depend on various factors including where you live. Wines are packed in secure, padded packaging and breakages are rare. If you are not in attendance when delivery is made, your delivery instructions will be carried out.
 
International
We currently do not offer international shipping.
 
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees apply and vary depending on the delivery location.
 
RETURNS

We only offer refunds and exchanges for incorrect, damaged and defective items only. Our policy is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase, after this we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):
 
•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
 
REFUNDS
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After 30 days, contact your bank and/or your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: summer@iiirows.com.
 
EXCHANGES
 
We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at summer@iiirows.com and send your item to: III Rows Wines, 302 Longmeadow Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
 
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be refunded once your return has been received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
